gl-3.0 branch does not build #63

Issues with Makefile:

1. make: *** No rule to make target `fonts/Arial.ttf', needed by 
`demo-atb-agg'.  Stop.
After removing font targets on line 76, the build continues.

2. make: *** No rule to make target `demo-markup-2.o', needed by 
`demo-markup-2'.  Stop.
File demo-markup-2.c does not exist.

I cannot distribute the Arial.ttf since it belongs to Microsoft. You can obtain 
from any windows distribution or oyu have to choose anther font.

I fixed the demo-markup-2 in the github repo.
