Works for MPK mini mk2 as well! #5

Thanks for making this, awesome stuff! I was wondering if it would work for my MPK mini mk2 as well, so I tried it out. I had to manually recreate the four programs, and I had to change all the RELATIVE_TWO_COMPLIMENT settings to ABSOLUTE, because the mk2's knobs only support sending absolute values (they don't twist indefinitely...).

I've only played around with it for a few secs to see if it would work, but so far everything seems to be in order :D

I wanted to open this issue so others could use it too. I'm attaching the mk2 setting files and my settings.py.

Hey! Thanks for taking the time to port this to the mk2! I added a link to this issue in the README so that people who have an mk2 can use it as well!
