Currently maximum quality is downloaded by default.

Genie label removed, I don't believe this is possible due to the way the player/j_StmInfo.json endpoint operates.

Closing this as I've decided I no longer want to add quality select. Each user will have the subscription for which quality they want so there's no real need for this feature.
