The custom alternative allows customizing the task name based on the dynamic info from the email. This is fantastic! However this results in the title becoming too long.
So I simply keep it simple & set it to %subject%. But then I lose the basic email metadata like sender, date, etc. (especially if I'm processing email backlogs, so the task creation date may be different from the date the email arrived`
I was wondering if it was possible to add to the body of the task (description), the basic email header information like %author%, %subject% & %date-D%-%date-M%-%date-YYYY%. This could be either at the beginning or the end of the description/body.
Thanks, this is a very useful tool.
