Some license information missing #13

In the hurry of adding new features to this repository the readme was not extended.

@Hawk777 and @numberZero please confirm that you released the textures under CC-0 or specify another license if wanted. I will update the readme afterwards.

My textures (carts_rail_crossing_ss.png, carts_rail_curved_ss.png, carts_rail_ss.png, and carts_rail_t_junction_ss.png) were made by copying one of the existing textures in the mod and altering it. I can’t remember whether I copied _pwr and changed some of the yellow bits to black, or copied _brk and changed some of the black bits to yellow. The readme states that the _pwr and _brk textures are also licensed CC-0; thus I hereby release the _ss textures under CC-0 as well.

I think that should not be necessary as README.txt clearly states that all the code and media in the mod is covered by these licenses, and as Hawk777 (and me too) published his version of the mod with the same notices, these should be applicable to all code and media in that version.

Anyway, I hereby confirm that my textures for this mod (_dtc and _dtc_on) are released under CC-0, and my code (detector.lua, altered version of init.lua) is released under WTFPL.
