default:rail exists simultaneously with carts:rail in game #17

In the (dev HEAD) version of minetest_game together with boost_carts , both default:rail and carts:rail exist in the game. Each has a different recipe. Both serve the same function. I suggest removing one or causing carts:rail to have a different function, such as reduced friction. If removing carts:rail , the placement sound can be instead applied to default:rail
