New Menu command to enter a submenu using its internal name #12

proposed command: MENU OPEN submenu example: MENU OPEN MainMenu

makes sense that you should be able to enter any menu through the command line kind of like a basic search function, and it gives the ability to hide menus by leaving them unlinked
