Better word spacing in minigame #8

currently the word spacing favors a very uniform look:

words should be able to be closer and further apart from each other.

if the word count is too low then the end of the resulting body is all junk:

in the game it is possible for large sections of junk to appear, but it is rare for the end of the body to not include any words
