Add OTH4000-ZB model for power and consumption on the same endpoint because Ouellet thermostats are rebranding of Sinopé Thermostats.

I have just pulled a new master some days ago. Can you make the PR on the beta branch ? (else it will trigger a new update for user using the plugin manager)

BTW you have lot of other devices like that ^^ ? Using a whitelist is starting to be a bad method.

Sorry about that … that’s when looking at your code for something else that I realized that it was missing. There is no emergency, I modified the code on my side. You can close this request and I will open a new one on beta branch later ;-)

No problem. I will valide it immediatly. But promise, for the next device, I will avoid the whitelist ^^. I think it will be possible to check for the presence of the 2 fields on the "state" part. Was not possible at first because the "power" field was on the 2 cluster with a 0 value on one. But I think this is corrected now.
