This is a valid documentation bug since all the flags for listJob are not present in the summary table. However I disagree that this a medium severity of a bug. This is because the information on the flags is indeed present in the UG under the listJob section (presumably where you were made aware of the flags), where all the flags are explained in detail with screenshots to illustrate as well. This isn't a situation where the information is not available anywhere at all and the user will forever be unaware of these flags, which would warrant a higher Medium severity. Furthermore this also isn't a case where the completed jobs can never be viewed without using the the -c flags in the listJob command. They can still be viewed using the findJob command.
