Document (and replace) Controller configuration parameters #28

There exist a set of parameters that can be added to a controller to configure the way FB11 deals with it.

Most of them are meaningless, which means they are badly named at best. The purpose of those whose names are meaningful is also not entirely clear.

These should be documented, and replaced with meaningful names that allow people to create controllers without having to look it up every time. They should also come with better defaults, since every single controller seems to set all of them.
