Wind measurements - apparent and true #2

Hi Rob,

Great addition to home assistant - new to all this and just started playing.

One thing that I think would be a relatively easy feature addition would be to add true and apparent wind values. I appreciate the NMEA stream normally only contains one or the other depending on setting - but calculating the other would be easy if you have heading. I found it a little confusing that my wind angle jumped all over the place till I realised it was because I had flicked between T/A.

Alternatively is it possible to do calculations between sensors in the YAML on a dash - I guess that could achieve the same if you could have a check t see if T/A and then modify wind angle appropriately.

Eventual target is to get a nice windrose displaying - 80% of the way there with your example and the compass / wind rose plugin - just need a little tweaking.

Ok - I've managed to pretty much do this utilising helpers. Once I've done a bit more testing maybe I'll post them on here if it's of interest
