LoRaWAN uplink counter reloaded when 2^16 and LoRaWAN server throws next packets (0, 1, ...).
LoRaWAN frame counter range is 2^16 - this is correct.
Is this server error, lost MAC packet issue ... ?
What is the correct behavior from the KETCube point of view?
