Add an external pull-up resistor to terminal Rx #2

KETCube terminal Rx is used to wake-up KETCube. Probably, there should be external pull-up.

Added to both - Altium (commit aad202790f847b3f4e3e1f52b0f487076fc78b11) and KiCAD version (commit 963a9d22d108a0ce51bb9cdfffaed91ded27a695)
