  1. It is possible to add GND to the top layer here, while keeping the distance (~ 6x line thickness) from the "top" radio Rx/Tx line: obrazek

  2. I would move PIN-header description (B.Silk) to the left: obrazek

  3. I would remove Antenna-keepout comments (Cmts.User) - these does not have any sense for this mainBoard version: obrazek

For 3+4 we should consider intoducing the new KETCube symbol to the library ... ?
