Email confirmation is sent multiple times #173

Email confirmation is sent twice (1 minute apart) - I included the same email in the donation form, and in stripe details, so could potentially be a bug here?

Tom had a whole bunch of confirmation emails when making a donation so could be a bug elsewhere in the system

This needs retesting now a bunch of changes have happened in this area.
