I need HELP!!! No way around being kept from using my phone for anything on net or other apps. I don't care about you. I just don't like being treated like I'm an idiot. I don't know these languages but I have code all over my phone.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use any net app
2. Try to figure out what is wrong with other apps 
3. Send reports from apps to mail to try and figure it out

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Some help or explanation. Some direction to go. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Brand new iPhone with brand new software. 

Please provide any additional information below.
My husband has passwords and info and my "imaginary enemy" a lover. Take him if
