my computer does not recognise my ipod touch when i plug it in because of the jailbreaker

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the screen has white writing saying IOIpodUSBDevice::startIpodStack can't 
start! Need configuration

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i am using a windows xp and i am using the ipod touch  16gb latest 
possible version ( it was updated jst before jailbreaking)

Please provide any additional information below.
It also says BSD root : md0, major 2, minor 0
over and over again, please help

hold home and sleep button till the ipod shows the unlock screen.
