Apache test on new VM impossible due to unreachable http port 80 #137

Workaround via SSH tunnel also fails

 bind [127.0.0.1]:80: Permission denied
channel_setup_fwd_listener_tcpip: cannot listen to port: 80

this is a showstopper since the website migration needs to be manually tested and configuration via web is needed via the AdminLinks interface of SemanticMediaWiki. Errors in setup can also not be detected effficiently if the installation is done "blindly".

Workaround with or clone / or35 ... buy time on RWTH i5 infrastructure
