aggregated twitter feeds per category

there is a template Template:Twitter_accounts_by_category to show twitter accounts of events in a specific category, for example [[:Category:Knowledge Engineering]]
this still requires manually adding twitter list for each category
this is done by a script located in or_twitter.py

Needs to refactor to lamda actions approach to avoid harm done by the current script. Therefore marking as bug.
