run snakemake via githook #

target:

• run snakemake on sdil's login-server
• test runs with snakemake locally

general idea:

• user installs this repo as submodule
• user runs init.sh (to init batch-remote)
• user take care of snakemake-config file
• user pushes into batch-remote
  • githook starts snakemake job (in background?)

especially running notebooks and notifying the user is defined in the snakemake-conf. Thus the user will have to take care themselves. But there should be some example snakemake files here.
