This is a pull request to propose following changes:

Enable Internal/External oscillator switchover and configure the internal oscillator to 16 MHz (instead of 8 MHz) This allows SmartEVSE 2 to run with or without crystal oscillator (at the correct speed).
Irms values were completely off on my set-up (Using only MAINS meter). I am using xc8 v2.32 and PIC18F-K_DFP v1.4.87. Adding explicit typecasting fixes the conversion.
