Problem compiling with fresh install of VSCODE + PIO #36

bootloader_dio_80m.elf not found, blah, blah - fixed by changing in platformio.ini :

; platform = https://github.com/platformio/platform-espressif32.git#feature/arduino-upstream

platform = espressif32
