I just updated from 2.02 to 2.03 again (as Michael suggest) and it now works - i had to disconnect the charging cable from both socket and car and replug (it was showing max. 6A again) - then it worked with more than 6A. Not sure if Telsa cached the max. current somewhere or whatever....
SmartEVSE 2.03 is only charging at 6A in normal mode.
Settings: normal mode MAX: 32A (or 25A, doesnt matter) No Load Balacing
Effect: Car (Tesla Model S) is only charging at 6A, cant change it in the car. SmartEVSE is still reporting 32A max, shows charging 6A on display.
I have flashed older 2.02 firmware and the issue is not happening there.
Someone already reported this problem in a different issue: https://github.com/SmartEVSE/smartevse/issues/7
