Belts/Pipes not snapping to walls and ceilings #119

Update 7 introduced snapping to walls and ceilings, which sadly is currently not working with Smart! enabled. Expected behavior: image image

When Smart! is enabled image image

Same goes for pipes. It does not even work when using the "Disable Smart! mod completely" Function. The mod has to be disabled before starting the game for the snapping to work, which is of course not what we want. Cheers and thanks Alex as always.

Pipes still won't auto snap to walls and ceilings but belts are fixed though
