Things to fix or implement during refactoring

The refactoring in October 2024 requires some bugfixes and other things that need to be implemented

• device builder parses configurationList and can use default values
• device builder validates XML schema
• [x] no automatic connection after device has been built
• [x] Modbus: common device interface - only distinguish RTU or TCP in client behind device
• [x] Modbus: shared RTU clients based on port name ("global client" is not sufficient)
• [x] Modbus: fix data type when sending/receiving command (not just float)
• [x] REST: support new schema with read and write calls
• [x] REST: implement both read and write
• [x] validators: fix conversion errors
• [x] test cases for validators
• [x] test cases for device builder
• [x] update README
• [x] clean up and update examples (only keep basic examples, full examples should go into SGrPythonSamples repository)
