Context

NonSpecific functional profiles are intended for non-device-specific and generic use cases. They focus on generic functionality for monitoring basic electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power and energy. They are therefore only SGr Level "monitoring" (aka read-only) and do not contain any controlling features.
