SmartHalo - May 21, 2021: It’s something we’re looking into, as we’ve received this feedback a few times. In the meantime, on iOS, you can “kill” your app and reopen it once you want to use SmartHalo 2 again. On Android, you can either turn off Fitness in the app (the toggle at the bottom of the Fitness tab), turn off Bluetooth if you don’t use it for other products or disconnect from your device and connect back when you want to use your device. Hope this helps.
