How to refresh when Smart Halo2 is frozen? #29

Today, after trying to start a ride, the SH2 froze. It was fully charged but it was stuck in battery mode. The Touchpad was not responding at all. Turned off/on bluetooth and nothing, deleted SH2 (from the application) and then added it again (pair again) and nothing. It only started working again after connecting to usb charge.
