The touchpad does not work / is very hard to get the screen to change. Screws missing/falling out #47

My Halo worked great for a couple of days. Then the touchpad stopped working. The device would not pair to the phone and alarm would go off nonstop. Finally, plugged device into USB charger and while the alarm stopped, I notice several screws were missing and one more fell out. There are just two holding the thing together.

Support@smarthalo.bike is slow to respond and has not resolved the issues.
