Delay in sensing movement and actual speed freezes #6

Received my SH2 earlier in the week, took it out for a few rides, put it back in the box. The biggest frustration seems to be the connection to the phone (Pixel 3/Android 11). The SH2 doesn't seem to get updated often enough from the phone to be useful. It takes a long time (several to many seconds) for it to notice I'm moving When I am moving, the speed readout is utterly useless. It never reflects my actual speed, it often gets stuck on a number no matter how fast or slow I'm going, and I get the "snail" speed sometimes when I'm going > 25 kph. I've got concerns about routing too, but without a good speed reading, it's not going to win a spot on my handlebars.

I second that.... for your information, the real speed is available if you activate the fitness mode. If not, you may be in the "average speed" mode.

Same problem of speed freezing and delay with a Pixel 4a. Battery saving settings are off.
