SmartHalo - So far, we have between 1 and 2% defect rate, which isn’t too bad for a first mass-production run. This being said, we know it can be disappointing to receive a unit that doesn’t work. We‘ll address any issues backers are having and we encourage you to write to support@smarthalo.bike should you have any with your device. Otherwise, we won’t lie, logistics of getting the units to backers has been a challenge, but we’re getting there.
