Flash icon in SmartPack section is invisible when banner is disabled #148

v17.6 from GitHub releases

To reproduce:

Toggle "Hide Banner" in settings
Restart the app for change to take effect
Go to SmartPack
The Flash icon is still there in the top right corner but it's invisible:
