Add New Device Types to Philips Hue LAN Edge Driver

This PR aggregates the already reviewed code from the stack of PR's previously reviewed. There are no changes to the code reviewed on those WIP branches; we just did our cleanup rebasing/squashing to prep the code for merging in to main.

The following previously unsupported device types are now added to the Philips Hue LAN Edge Driver:

Contact and Motion Sensors,
Lights that only have the on/off interaction (this includes Smart Plugs),
4-button remotes, such as the Hue Dimmer Remote and the Tap Dial
- We do not currently support the rotary portion of the tap dial with this change
Single button remotes, such as the Hue Smart Button*
Two-button remotes*
*: The Hue In-Wall Switch Module; the REST API for this module is stateless, meaning that it does not map to on-off, but rather either a single or two-button remote.
Compound lighting devices, such as the Dymera indoor/outdoor light.
