Publish more examples readme fix #18

Added detail and path for new samples
Added RPC Community Tutorial URL
Updated broken community path

I think we should follow the same format in the links to the tutorials because for RPC, it says "Tutorial | Writing an RPC Client Edge Device Driver" and for the others "Zigbee SmartThings Multipurpose sensor Tutorial". I think both options are good, so you get to decide. The other changes are good to go.

Based on the new title of https://community.smartthings.com/t/tutorial-creating-drivers-for-zigbee-devices-with-smartthings-edge/229502, It seems that the official format will be Tutorial | xxx. I'll push the update according to that
