Renovate build & clean up repo #4

Renovate build including the updating of all dependencies
Remove pointless dummy tests alongside dependencies, which only add unnecessary build time
Remove pointless consumer-rules.pro file
Fix README formatting issue
Add the maven-publish plugin for publishing via jitpack
Remove android.defaultConfig.targetSdk which shouldn't be set for libraries
