Allow clicking on entire answer to select it #105

As a player I want it to be easy to select an answer to a question. It should be possible to just press on the text of the answer in order to select it, rather than hitting a smallish icon.

Yes, and that already is so. I will make sure that the cursor is set to pointer, but that does not really have any meaning or the handheld device.
