Warning when leaving an Activity by other means that the in-game menu #113

Currently, you can leave the Activity/game by going to another page or with the browser's Home och Back buttons, without being warned. As leaving the game without being logged-in can lead to losing progress, there should be a popup that halts/warns the player. Similar to #111
