When searching for Items to add, it would be nice to get a proper preview of it before adding. Currently, hovering the mouse over the title shows the Question/Information text. However there's no way to preview the answer options (if any) nor is it a very intuitive or comfortable way to display text. (Plus, the alt-text won't show on mobile)
Suggestion is to show in a modal box, to look like how they are shown in the game. I noticed during testing that the user wanted to click on the title. I thought if maybe the whole row would be clickable.
On PC, I thought if the box could show up where you clicked.
However on mobile, there might not be the screen space for that.
Stacking popup on popup might not be the best solution, but lightboxes seem pretty standard.
