Dragging items does not work in Firefox #54

Attempting to drag activity items when creating an activity does not work on Firefox 51.0.1. The cursor changes above the drag handle, but it is not possible to drag the item.

This might be fixed by the latest change. Please give it a go (toolset Web has been updated).
