.NET 4.0-4.5.1 is not supported anymore. Ref: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/migration-guide/versions-and-dependencies#net-framework-4 Better to use 4.5.2(still redistributable)-4.6 .NET version for the projects. Also, maybe we should to use new .NET Sdk for projects.

.NET 4.0 is not redistributable, your comment is useless.
