Fix Deregister RocketAttributeCommand #71

Without this changes, RocketMod won't deregister all RocketAttributeCommand's on unloading.

Thanks for the submission. Gauging by the 👍 s this is a popular fix. This repository didn't previously have a CLA, so I've now set up the cla-assistant bot. Could you resubmit your PR please so that it asks you to review the CLA?
