Tutorial hints don't appear while in vehicles #2732

When inside a vehicle, tutorial hints don't appear. Most relevantly, the "Use your Headlights [Mouse 2] to see further in the dark." and the "Show the bandits you mean business with your Sirens [Left Control]!" hints.

Thanks for the report. Probably an unexpected side effect of some HUD or vehicle changes in the past few years.
