Same, I dont have any region patches, and after update I found 1.65 file called "core" in "Servers/unturned/Rocket" folder
Could you share the server connect info (I will try joining) or the Client.log file please? It should log some context of which asset is missing.

Patch is building/uploading now. Couple related things:
Foliage.blob is included in level hash, but was missing from the Steam dedicated server install because previously it was unnecessary space. It is pretty unlucky I did not catch this in testing because in non-Steam test pre-release the file was there, and when double-checking the Steam pre-release test I accidentally had my "Debug" character selected that bypasses the level hash checks.
Previously missing material assets were ignored, but in this update they are checked with the server because players were deleting terrain materials. If the level references an invalid material asset then the server currently has no way to distinguish this from spamming invalid guids to the server and kicks the player. This needs to be fixed in the level editor (removing invalid materials from terrain layers) but if it is widespread I will make the server ignore invalid guids if they are missing from the server during level load.
The patch didn't work. What do you mean removing removing invalid materials from terrain layers Can you please fix it. This is so unclear on what we need to fix if we can fix anything.
@SSGamingServers are you getting the "Client and server are both missing unknown asset!" kick? This is the second case mentioned in my earlier comment. If you can send me your Client.log file after the kick I can help narrow down the problem.

Getting this error after the patch.
@Paradox304 it looks like the map (Blackout) is missing terrain materials on the landscape at 0,0 on layers 0, 1, and 2.

Same issue here. Not quite sure how to go about removing the foliage that's causing trouble without deleting all foliage.

If a terrain material asset is missing on the server then it will add it to a list of "known missing" asset guids. Clients will not be kicked for missing assets in this list. This at least means that any existing maps with missing terrain materials will not need updating.
-NoPreserveMissingObjects command-line flag will apply when saving foliage as well. This is useful if rebaking foliage will not fix the missing foliage assets, for example if some foliage was manually placed. Elver's foliage was fixed this way by manually placing a pebble to mark the foliage dirty, removing the pebble, and saving.

Confident that people are experiencing the Berlin kick with .1 patch in-tact. Rumors are it is this gray building here. Or something in this vicinity.
Before releasing the .2 patch just now I tried visiting that area in Berlin on a test server but (fortunately or unfortunately) no kick. Do you know a server running Germany that this is happening on? I could try joining to see if I can reproduce it there in case there is something server-specific about it.

My Kodak SemiVanilla #4 was experiencing the issue. I'll keep you in the loop after updating to the .2 patch.
i am currently playing with 2 players in berlin, nothing happens, but when you reach the teleport spot of berlin, that kick happens. you can test it on my server. DeadAlive Germany Modded PVE #4
@aman7 I tried joining DeadAlive but got kicked for "Spotlight" hash mismatch. I double-checked and the workshop files seem fine. Are you not getting this kick for spotlight?
nope, we are currently 7 players online. as soon as i write /tp berlin i get this

There must be something wrong on my end because I also got kicked from Kodak for a different barricade. Investigating 😕

It is a custom map yes. How do i remove the missing assets , i need to go in editor and do it manually? Or do i just save the map as it is and update it again ? (Also for some players this issue doesnt happen im ocnfused)

Thank you very much for your patience, assistance, and kind words! That goes for everyone else in here as well. This has been quite the headache for everyone. I was expecting there might be a couple issues with the effect and NPC guid changes, but not with these file integrity "improvements".
@SSGamingServers if you own the workshop file then you can re-save the map with missing asset references like so:
Firstly some context: in the editor some foliage may have been baked or manually placed, and then if a long time later the workshop file or asset it was from got deleted the foliage still existed invisible in the level without performance overhead. In order to prevent players to get a competitive advantage by deleting foliage files the server kicks if the asset is missing, and unfortunately the server does not currently know that the grass is missing because it does not load grass.

We're still experiencing the issue on v3.22.19.2 in certain areas of the non-updated map (near the Town Hall building in Ridgewood). As far as I can tell, the "known missing" asset GUIDs aren't working in the latest patch.

Followed the steps, still not working. I also did send you the client log
To re-save the foliage:
- Run game with the -NoPreserveMissingObjects command-line flag
- Open map in the level editor
- Open the Foliage tool under Terrain > Foliage
- Press W to place individual foliage
- Select an instanced mesh foliage like Pebbles
- Place a single instance
- Press Q to select brush tool
- Hold shift to use removal mode
- Click on the pebble to remove it
- Foliage is now "dirty" so it will be saved if you save the level
- Saving the level will remove the references to missing foliage assets

Oh wait, not quite... It fixed the missing asset in the bottom left of the map, but the same error is now happening in the top-right area (same asset ID) but following the steps again has not fixed it this time.

If those steps did not do the trick it suggests the missing foliage exists in your local files, but not in the server's workshop files list. If you would like to attach the Client.log file I can double-check that the missing asset is still foliage-related. Two options are:
