There is a player in my server who was not banned by the administrator, but when he entered the server, it showed #4659

There is a player in my server who was not banned by the administrator, but when he entered the server, it showed 775147ea07cdeac19c3cf4a3a1f52ef6 I cannot use 'unban' to enter his Steam ID to unban him, as it shows that he has not been banned. The banned account of this player can access other servers. Switching accounts cannot access the server, so it is likely that the IP or machine code has been banned. How can I unban this player

It's clearly a ban plugin related problem, not from the game

Perhaps they were originally banned on a different Steam account? Maybe this player can provide a list of the accounts they've joined your server on?

Sorry, what mean is: This player may have first joined on a different Steam account and gotten banned. When they were banned on that Steam account their IP and HWID were also banned from your server. Now they might be trying to join using a different Steam account - this Steam account isn't directly banned, but the IP and/or HWID are banned. Unfortunately, there isn't currently a vanilla tool to lookup the Steam ID by IP or HWID, so the original Steam account would need to be unbanned instead.

easiest way: delete blacklist.dat folder (that contains all bans)
