Could you add a tire event? #712

Could you add a onTireDamage Event or something like that, please? It would be very usefull. Roleplay servers often have problems with people destroying tires and it would be very nice to controll it with plugins. Thanks :)

Good idea! Makes sense for RP. Added onDamageTireRequested for the next update
