Currently: there's a link to a 'main' Steam guide.
This PR replaces that link with a list of the specific (official, but outdated) guides that I feel are relevant. Hoping to remove links as we keep updating the docs. Mostly Unity info, but also stuff like Modules or using the Level Editor.
Also includes a tentative fix to the downloadable PDF versions' table of contents (couple headings have been misplaced).
