Level 3 Exit Door Doesn't work #440

*Describe the bug Walking into the exit decontamination room of level 3 does nothing

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Get to level 3
  2. Play through level 3
  3. Enter exit decontamination room
  4. See error

Expected behavior Entering the room should take you to level 4
