Pokemon not spawning #1938

Describe the Bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Pokemon wont spawn even after a hour of waiting while in diffrent servers on smash mc they spawn quick in like 1 minute on rayquaza it takes me and other people a hour or more.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
