2 years ago I would not remove this. Some people think the information panel on the side of the screen is too big and want to turn it off. This is possible by doing /asb toggle. However, if the bar at the top were to be removed and they turned off the information panel they would not have any of the information. A possible replacement for this would be an option to switch between the two, but I don't know if that is even possible at all. But completely removing it would not be that great of an idea imo
Due to the updated UI, I would suggest removing the bar across the top of the screen as it serves no purpose for the user and portrays the same information as the new panel on the side of the screen.
At Least Kyurem, Most Likely all other servers if the UI is in the same format on all servers
